I received very good support from Omega, with happy weekly training. Units were broken down for me, which made things easier for me to understand. Once I finished my NVQ, more training was offered to me which I look to take within the near future. I would like to thank Omega for all their support and helping me to complete my Business and Administration Apprenticeship.

I have completed my Customer Service Apprenticeship with Omega, my assessor was fantastic and I was given incredible support. I did the Key Skills Literacy and Numeracy, which was difficult at times, however I managed to achieve the qualification due to the support. I learnt alot from doing the Customer Service Apprenticeship and look to use the knowledge I have learnt within my job role.

I have been with Omega since 2008 and have completed my NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. I have also gained Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 within this time which has helped me to progress in life and move to what I want to do. Staff have been very friendly and professional, always showed up on time and were always there for me when I needed. I received a great deal of support which was helpful in the areas I needed.

I completed my NVQ L3 Business & Administration with Omega Training Services LTD back in 2009. The staff at Omega were absolutely fantastic and due to this I chose Omega to continue my learning. I have recently completed my Customer Services L2 Apprenticeship. The support and advice I have received from not only my assessor but all Omega staff has been excellent, there is always someone available to support you in your work! I have recently been promoted in my job and I believe the learning I have completed with Omega has played a huge part in this. There were parts of my course that I was unsure about, but my assessor gave me lots of support and encouragement to enable me to complete the course. I am now starting my Customer Services L3 Apprenticeship with Omega, and cant wait to work with the staff again. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has supported me throughout my ongoing training, I’m not sure I would have done it without you!
